The buckles and strap hardware are different from the images. I am also returning it because I accidentally selected the gold color. However, the quality of the product is quite good.

I order 2 times, thinking that the first order came with a defect by mistake, but the second came exactly with the same problem.The two pieces that attach to the purse’s handle need to be symmetrical in order to fit and work properly on both sides of the handle and they are not. Both are the same shape, meaning that only 1 side can be attached properly.The material is great, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit and can’t be used.

After a few days of use, the holder on one side started to come undone constantly, making it impossible to use the handle.

I honestly cannot understand why Amazon has this listed as a “frequently returned item.” These are absolutely fantastic! I previously purchased a similar product on Etsy and paid more than double the price, and the quality wasn’t even close. The leather clasps on those constantly moved up and down the strap and wouldn’t stay in place.These are completely different. The clasps stay exactly where you put them, keeping the strap perfectly straight and secure. It actually makes the strap look like it originally came with the purse instead of being something added afterward.The quality is excellent, the genuine leather looks beautiful, and they are incredibly easy to attach. If you’re hesitating because of the “frequently returned” notice, don’t let that stop you. I’m extremely picky about the details on my bags, and I couldn’t be happier with these. I only wish I had found them before spending twice as much elsewhere!
