The PERFECT portable controller - works with iOS!
Excellent gaming experience! I'm not a huge gamer, but I travel a lot and I like to have various options for entertainment. I was looking for something portable, quiet, and discreet, and this checks all the boxes.Side note: I'm using it with an ipad pro 13" m4, and it works perfectly! It's not listed in the description, but this controller IS compatible with iOS systems; it even says so on the unit's box and in the instruction manual that comes with it.SizeSmaller than it looks in the listing! I have a mini purse for travel, and it fits perfectly in there with my phone, keys, cards, and passport.* It's thinner than my key fob! I'm not sure how someone with larger hands might fare with this little controller, but I have small hands, so for me, it's a perfect fit.*(picture included)Sensory ExperienceThe plastic feels a bit on the cheap side, but that's to be expected at this price point, and honestly doesn't affect the controller's performance at all. The buttons and joystick feel, depress, and operate almost exactly like a switch controller's, and the clicking sound of each component is comparable as well. You could easily use this in a library and it wouldn't disturb anyone, but you still get enough feedback when pressing buttons to know that they've been clicked.Another huge plus: I bought 2 controllers before this one (I was wary that the description didn't mention iOS support), and they both had obnoxiously bright lights that stayed on for the duration of use. This one has a very small light that stays on, but it's completely unnoticeable during play, even in a dark environment.Gaming ExperienceFlawless. Honestly, nothing more to say! No lag, no weird button jumps or movement quirks. The sensitivity on the joysticks is great too; i.e., very slight rolling of the stick registers as slight movement in-game, etc.I'm not sure if it's listed in the description, but the controller includes a "turbo button" feature, so if you're playing FPS, for example, you won't have to keep pressing a button for rapid fire; that nifty button will do it for you. You can even set it to manual or auto. (I don't personally use or need that feature, but it's still a cool bonus!)ConnectivityStays connected very well, and resumes connection very well. I don't have to unpair and re-pair every time I want to use it.Honestly, at this price point, I got more than I could have asked for. Awesome product!

Definitely a must buy for on the go or lunch break gamers like me. Price is great and it works great
So far this thing is awesome. Small convenient and works great. I play simple games like baldurs gate dark alliance, albion, and some turn based and works good. Small but seems to fit perfectly. I use it on my lunch hr and trying to bring a controller is a pain amd playing on hard mode with touch screen is difficult.

Worth the money
So far so so good. It was easy to use and pair. You just hold the home button to power on. And hold the sync button to pair. It auto pairs with the switch and my android phone the rest I cant speak for. Super cool and feels solid and well made with a good button feel

Required firmware update and help from support
I used it for one day and then it wouldn't charge. I used every cable and charger I have. Cables and chargers that I knew worked. It just had a red blinking light telling me the battery was low. I worried it was a waste of money, so I contacted support. Someone was able to point me to a firmware updater and instructions on how to power the controller on/off (hold L+R+home) that, as far as I could find, wasn't in the manual. Using that, I was able to update the controller and it working again, at least for now. It's frustrating, but it works now. As far as the controller itself, I do think it's fine: it's about the size of two Joy-cons stuck together, the control pad is stiff, and the "A" button sticks sometimes, but it's easy to hold in one hand and works pretty well, so take that as you will.

A good middle ground of small and useful
Since this controller is so unique, it's a little hard to explain why I like it so much. For those who are already familiar with 8bitdo this controller might look pretty similar to their Zero 2 controller. I have pretty average hand size, and even then the Zero 2 was incredibly small, but the fact that it was so portable and gave me enough buttons to play everything on the 16 bit generation was worth it. It was a little hard to play anything else, and was looking for an upgrade. That's where the Lite 2 comes in. If this controller just had two joysticks it would already be a large improvement, but with the dpad and extra two triggers, this controller is effectively fully loaded for any game. With that said, you do lose a handful of features if you compare this with, say, 8bitdo's Pro 2 controller. With the Pro 2, you get analog triggers, a more ergonomic feel and larger size for comfort, and recently, they've even added hall effect sensors to the joysticks, meaning that they use magnets instead of accelerometers, meaning they are more accurate and are less prone to drifting. Perhaps the question of whether or not you would get the Lite 2 over the Pro 2 is what you want to use it for. If you need a small controller to take on the road without giving up any features for a standard controller, then this is incredibly useful. If you're looking for a controller to be your default one to use on pc or switch, then you should check what else 8bitdo has.

Great universal gaming controller
This controller connects to most of my devices and is a handy controller to take on the go. The battery life is pretty good and it doesn’t take long to charge

Really nice little portable controller
First thing, not meant for large hands. That aside, it’s so portable that you can take with, even as a clip on to your belt without it feeling intrusive. Battery life is fantastic.

Best travel controller
Its a perfect controller for travel. Its smaller than my phone, but still has analog sticks so I can play any game I want. The build quality feels really good for the price and I haven't had any battery issues either.A full size controller feels more comfortable to me, so this really shines when I need to pack something low profile. I'm sure if you have younger kids with smaller hands this will work for you as well (especially since its half the price of official controllers).
