I think this was written by a twenty year old. If you're in your 30's or 40's and live in a big city where everyone knows a lot of people, acting like The Fonz from Happy Days is not gonna work.

This book really helped me to build my personality both personally and at the workplace. You will read lots of common sense things that you may have not realized about before but once implemented can really influence how others may portray you - the impact you can have on others leaving a truly memorable impression while you build rapport to be more likable. There are insights in this book where you will say "Oh, I already knew that but why didn't I do or think about that before." This book is pretty much sets out social guidelines to improve relationships whether with family, friends, colleagues or newly met people. I suggest that you read as many principles that you can practice - once it forms into a habit, follow on the next principle.I have felt improvement in my communication & relationships and have been receiving better feedback from those I know.
