I was not sure if they would work, but they did. I found that I had a calming sensation when I went to bed. Even though they do not have the strength of a prescribed medication. It works enough for you to get a good night's sleep. I did not have that groggy feeling in the morning, so that was a plus for me. The only problem that I am having now that I have used for a bit is I am finding out I breakout from the patch. So I started moving it around. I have developed an allergic reaction to bandages, band-aids, etc. I am thinking there must be some of the same adhesive to these as bandages use. A bummer since they weee working.

I have used Klova patches in the past. They used to work quite well. Thier new formula doesn't. So I tried these. They advertise as "Adult Extra Strength" so they sounded good. They weren't.I woke up twice during the night and didn't feel sleepy at all so it took a while to fall back asleep. That isn't normal for me even without a sleep aid. So they actually made my sleep worse than normal.I understand that some natural things work for some people and not for others so you need to try them to see if they work for you. I have no problem with that. What I have a problem with is when a company has such little faith in their product that it is not returnable. I should have checked and seen that they weren't but I didn't since most things on Amazon, at least from reputable companies, areSo bottom line is I recommend that that you do not try these patches since if they don't work for you, you will have wasted $20.

They do help fall asleep a bit, but they are not strong enough and are too expensive, for something with such slight effectiveness.

Not great results

I tried to help w/ my sleep but it did not help as advertised.

I am generally not a good sleeper, and I found this patch to be easy to use, comfortable after applied, and generally useful for getting a better night's sleep.

These sleep patches are the worst buy on Amazon. They are more expensive than other patches but with only half the amount of sleep patches. Bidenomics at the very least!

This little patch is a game changer for sleeping every night for myself and my husband we wouldn’t go to sleep without it so if you are having sleep problems, this is what you need to solve them. Hope you have a good night.
