doesn't need refrigeration and it took me a couple of months to use up without issue, but I don't remember if it has an expiration date.

Q: What kind of top does the bottle have?

It has a screw cap. The bottle is somewhat soft and you need to be careful pouring it but the product is terrific.

Q: Is there any health benefits to drinking this?

Versus using the great sugar alternative? Yes, that much less sugar. And organic? If matters to you, yes.
