Tourke Sun Shade Sail Hardware Kit Installation for Trigangle Sails, Heavy Duty 8 Pcs

I purchased this kit for 2 out of the 3 sun sails I own. They work as advertised, and are a must have if you are installing a sail. I thought I could attach the 3rd one cheaper by buying anchors and turnbuckles from the hardware store. However, the 2 dollars I saved was not worth the hassle, and I could have saved myself some time and energy by buying this kit. It took a while to find all the parts at the store, I eventually found parts that worked ok, but I guess if you factor in gas and drive time then the price was about the same. Plus they look nicer than what you will find at the hardware store.

I purchased the Tourke Sun Shade Sail Hardware Kit to pair with our first sun sail on a boathouse roof deck. Until recently our roof deck was shaded by a large tree we lost in a hurricane, and we needed to find an alternative that could be mounted to the existing 10' integrated posts. The hardware has a nice heft to it, a shiny stainless steel finish, and seems well made and sturdy, without lumpy or sharp welds or mold seams. The hooks turn smoothly and soundlessly in the turnbuckle and the carabiners open and close smoothly with no catching. We are temporarily hanging a hammock hexagonal shade until we decide on which sail we are purchasing, will update with images.

They are very nice quality and even look nice. I have these on a sun shield on my patio and nothing bothers them. Very good buy. The self-adjusting connectors are actually very long giving you a very good length to pull the load tight. The hardware is an essential part of the installation and significantly simplified my job.

I needed to replace my trangluair hardware for my sail after going through hurricane Irma. These were a quite a pleasant surprise. The hardware pieces are made of stainless steel and are heavyduty. They can also can be used for rectangular sails as well. They are nice and weighty and the price is right. The package includes: 4 diamond eye bolds, 2 Carbineers and 2 turnbuckles.

Buy extra kits when setting up your shade system because the carabiners alone cost more than the whole kit at the local hardware store.

Stay away. Two of the main hooks stripped and broke off within a few months of using this. I tried contacting the seller through Amazon but never heard back. I'll have to buy a whole new set somewhere else. I suggest you do too.

Really good quality very sturdy and good looking. I haven't installed them yet didn't come with screws but a bargain anyway

Very low quality, everything stripped out, jammed and/or snapped. I did not reach out for a new one so I can not say anything with regards to the customer service I just bought a more durable set to use.
