STEP 1 Cleanse your face STEP 2 Divide face into sections before your start to roll: Cheeks , Chin&Lips, Forehead. STEP 3 Begin to roll, section by section, Roll Vertically (twice), Roll Horizontally (twice), Roll Diagonally (twice). After you rolled each section, you’re done! The entire process should take less than 5 minutes. Depending on your skin tone, your skin might appear to be slightly flushed. This will disappear in 30 minutes to 1 hour.
