Like the taste easy to drink
Takes a while to mix thoroughly by whisking, leaving, whisking again and so on until there are no obvious floating bits. Once mixed just a good shake in the milk bottle I return it to and ready to drink. Cheaper than buying the ready made and just as pleasant

the taste and texture are fantastic
I like because it works I am 87 and can't do strenuous exercises I lost 1.7 stones in 10 months and cheated at times because of my age I felt I needed a wee bit more food at times I think it's wonder all my family and friends think I look great. thank you Roberta Mercer the only thing I can complain about the chocolatecaramel biscuits feel old sometimes the centres have disappeared I stopped ordering them

Why the difference in size??
Fir some reason or other these were smaller tins and only had 10 meals instead of 16. I ordered exactly what I always order. Don't know what went wrong.

Always put liquid in first and you get a great shake that is full of flavour and a good meal replacement.
