Over 17yrs of trying all market leaders. I've finally stumbled upon Adrian James Thermoblaze and Healthy Whey. I was never sure if fat burners ever worked, but I KNOW these do!Combining them with Adrian James 6 pack abs workout and some decent HIIT training, I was blown away with the results. Lost 7kg in 60 days and maintained all muscle and strength.

These little beauties are not a miracle pill, but they do suppress my appetite no end! I’ve tried all different types of fat burners and I can confirm these ones actually work. A while back I was on the Cambridge diet so you couldn’t eat any forms of carbohydrates fatty products you just had four shakes a day and the weight just dropped off however if I ever wanted a cheat meal I could take these fat burners beforehand and I wouldn’t put any weight on When I went for my weigh in. I have been working out for about three years. I always followed the advice of "eat big to get big" which helped me to build some muscle and strength. However, I also gained quite a lot of fat. I ended up having to periodically go on diets in order to not get too fat. I coupled these with a healthier diet (nothing too strict) and the 8 Week Challenge on the AJ Boot Camp & Abs aps, and the results were absolutely fantastic. I'm not a huge guy (12.5 stone), but it helped me lose all the stubborn bits of fat that I found hard to shift around a 40 year old mid-section. I'm much leaner after shifting the excess belly fat and love handles, my abs are showing nicely and i'm feeling much stronger and it's given me a great shape thanks to the work-out aps. It's not easy but if you put the exercise in and eat healthy alongside the Thermoblaze, the amazing rewards are worth it ... I would definitely recommend this to anybody who's looking for proper results.
