LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Orange Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

I sweat a lot when I work out. Peloton rides, heavy lifting, sauna sessions - I was drinking so much water after workouts and still felt drained and thirsty. Turns out my electrolytes were depleted and no matter how much water I drank I could never actually get hydrated. Until I started taking LMNT. These fixed that day one. The difference is almost immediate. More energy, clearer head, less fatigue getting through a hard session. The headaches I used to get after tough workouts are gone. I have tried other electrolyte mixes and the flavor on most of them tastes artificial to me and honestly did not seem to have the same effect. LMNT tastes clean. It is a little salty, which I actually crave now, and it dissolves easily and quickly. One thing worth knowing: LMNT has a lot more sodium than most other electrolyte products - 1000mg per packet. That is by design and it is probably why it works so well for heavy sweaters. Just worth checking if you are sensitive to sodium or used to other brands. My routine: on a heavy Peloton ride days I start drinking it about 30 minutes before and save half to finish during the ride. On lift and sauna days I have it during the lift and finish it right before I go in. It has become non-negotiable. No sugar, clean ingredients, and it actually works. Worth every penny.

My work is extremely hot and humid, walking stairs for 8 hours near pasteurizers (water ovens). In the summer in Houston, it's regularly 100+ heat index in there. I drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water, often two gallons, and occasionally get into my third before an 8 hour shift is up. Over the years I've tried pretty much every electrolyte product on the market and am so happy to have found these. The flavors are exactly what they sound like. Kinda fruity flavor with a ton of salt. I'll add them to 48oz of water, sometimes with another supplement like collagen for my knees. They kick pretty hard with less than 16oz of water but taste quite nice over a bigger volume. I drink one of these a day in my first half gallon and rarely get dehydrated. Often times on the weekends, or if I get more than one day off in a row, I'll wake up with deep tissue muscle cramps, usually from the inside of my knee to my groin, with no easy stretch available to help. It's the worst, so bad it often sends my body into shock giving me an instant fever and dizziness when I need to be upright stretching lol. Since I found these, I'll try my best to hobble to the kitchen, drop one into a 16oz water bottle and chug it fast. It's crazy how fast it helps, like within ten minutes the cramp is nearly gone, manageable. Truly a life saver. They're expensive, and sometimes take a week or two to arrive, but I'll continue to buy them as long as I sweat like I do at work. Won't recommend anything else to others.

I’m obsessed with LMNT. These are hands down my favorite electrolytes. No sugar, clean ingredients, and they actually make a difference in how I feel—especially during workouts and busy days when I’m not drinking enough water. The Orange Salt flavor is great: flavorful but not overly sweet or fake tasting. Raspberry is my favorite! I love that it doesn’t upset my stomach and helps with hydration, energy, and preventing headaches or fatigue. I keep these stocked at all times and use them daily, whether I’m working out or just trying to stay hydrated. If you’re looking for a zero-sugar electrolyte that actually works, this is it. Will absolutely continue buying.

I purchased these for my grandson's high school football team at the recommendation of their trainer. The boys love the flavors and are benefitting from the hydration and support they provide. Thanks!

I have to 1000% agree with one of the reviews. I feel the improvement immediately. I have a headache, feel tired and foggy but after that first drink it’s immediately that I feel the relief. Instantly refreshed. No more cramps and or joint pain. This product has clean ingredients. No more Gatorade. This is worth every penny!

Tastes great and works well for hydration. The Orange Salt flavor is refreshing and not too sweet, and it gives a nice electrolyte boost after workouts or long days. Mixes easily and has clean ingredients with no sugar. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the price—it’s pretty expensive for 30 packets.

I work for a steel mill. Temperature in the summer can reach 175 degrees. And with all my personal protection equipment. ( hard hat face shield silver tap coat gloves). Sweat a lot . I saw a video on you tube and I ordered them. I still Sweat a LOT but I feel a lot better. Work every penny. This will always be in my lunch bag.

I love the taste and availability of LMNT. If it wasn't for this product id be stuck with drinking boring old water everyday. I get the watermelon more that orange but add only one pouch to 40oz of water and it'll last me most of the day. I love it because it also had potassium and magnesium in it so I dont half to worry about taking supplements to get them. If you are working and sweating alot this is the drink mix you really need to get

Delivered with a damaged box and missing contents. Apparently blocked from refunds or returns. Very poor

Smashed package though it’s an expensive item. Not appealing to keep and use

El mejor sabor

Me encanta porque no tiene colorantes y su sabor es sutil, mi sabor favorito es el de naranja.

Muy caros pero muy buenos
