I gave these to our 7 year old grandson along with little clip boxes for sorting and displaying. He absolutely loves them and he has now made a necklace for his mum and has plans for a bracelet using some of the gems. He is learning the types of gem and fossil and we look for them on the beach.

Brilliant set, my Granddaughter loved it. Worth every penny, I just got a nice box myself to pack it in for her as product just came in a packet.

Birthday present for 6 year old Grandson, the quality of the gemstones, minerals and fossils is excellent, but the A4 quarter folded factsheets and word search were disappointing. Needs a presentation box and pamphlet to impress a youngster, but the actual discovery kit is good value.

Great set however it comes in a small package with no actual box to store it in.

An excellent selection for the money, lovely samples bought with my six year-old daughter's Christmas money. She's thrilled with so many attractive crystals, gemstones and fossils to add to her growing collection. Well worth buying.
