Good first pick
So I've never bothered with a fitness tracker before, mostly because I couldn't bring myself to pay the $150 that most cost, but I will say that this little one is worth the small investment if you are just starting out. Battery lasts for about 2 days before it needs recharging. I do a lot of hiking walking for work, which makes it difficult to keep track of how much exercise I'm actually getting. it's nice to have the data handy.I like that I can customize the watch face. The sleep tracking is a bit sketchy. Most nights it thinks I only sleep 4-5 hours and it has never logged me going into REM.

Really good for the price
I am pretty happy with my purchase, my dr had asked me to look into a heart rate reader and this is what I decided to buy, I greatly appreciate the step counter and ability to set a reminder to drink water. The watch itself is in my opinion as nice as any of the more expensive ones and much simpler. My only complaints are that I hadn’t realized that it only connects via Bluetooth to your phone which is more or less fine ( I googled 10 meters as that’s what it wants you to stay within of your phone, about 32 ft). It did take a minute for me to pick the right band length and my best advice is to start where you first think I did one tighter and thought that was good till I woke up in the middle of the first night to loosen it a notch.

Worth the price
The watch over all is better than I expected so far. I like the slim look, and it fits better than my last watch. It also tracks my steps better. The functionality is a little hit and miss however. Several times it’s been unable to connect to the phone or app through Bluetooth causing me to delete the device to pair again.I’m also still skeptical of the bare usb under the, for now, snug fitting band. As a person who sweats a lot I can’t help but wonder how long before that stretches and water gets in, but that’s a problem for later. It’s cheap, it has issues, but, it works well enough. Recommended.

Watch
It’s nice. My main issue is that I can’t get Alexa to work on it.

Fitness tracker
I have never owned a fitness tracker before. This one seems to be very good. It does a pretty good job of reading what I need it to. Everything works pretty good. My only concern is that it seems a little slow to give responses and to flip through the selections. I expected a faster touch ability. I love the way it looks overall. Especially the different face options. You can just go into the app and pick and install from what looks like hundreds. I brought this overall for a step counter. If your looking for a simple fitness tracker I think it's okay. I'm not disappointed at all with this purchase. I saw reviews on it before I brought it that said it doesn't work or some of its functions didn't. For me it's working just fine.

I like it and use it a lot,
I like all the little features. But I am not sure how to use some of the features. It is worth the money you spend on it. For not being very expensive, It's good and does what you need. I don't like taking it apart to charge it though. Learning slowly to use it properly.

Heart rate and calorie tracking is very responsive, but sleep tracking is hit or miss.
In general, I love using this fitness tracker. I've worn it almost constantly since receiving it. The app it syncs to records data and can recall your history up to a year. For someone with heart issues trying to lose weight, this tracker has motivated me to be more active. It's almost become a game to see how long I can keep an active streak going. I can even earn achievements through the app.For the downsides, I have noticed some issues when sweaty or swimming detecting heart rate. The tracker also failed to track any calorie burn when swimming. I do wear the tracker at night, but it rarely tracks my sleep or doesn't capture the entire night. This says I average about 4-5 hours of sleep when I know I get closer to 6-7. My best guess is that my elevated heart rate confuses the tracker into thinking I'm more awake than I actually am.

Short battery life
Four stars because the battery has to be charged about every 3 days. My last fitness watch stayed charged 7 to 10 day. Other than that, love the sports watch.
