main outputs are XLR so depends on what your inputs are on you amp.

Would it be possible to directly record bass guitar into a laptop, via USB??

yes. just plug your bass into one of the inputs, then you can route via the usb interface. this is included in the download from their website

does it come with driver software?

I am using for gigs so didn’t consider using with pc. The answer is: there was no software in the box.. suggest you try Soundcraft website
