The 10ft height is great, but what really makes it awesome is the adjustable feature — perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions (took about 1.5–2 hours), and once set up, it feels super sturdy — even after some rough games and wind. The backboard is solid, the rim has good bounce, and the base holds steady when filled with water or sand.Whether it’s casual shoot-arounds or more serious practice sessions, this hoop holds up really well. Great value for the quality — highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable outdoor setup!

It took me 20 mins to install the whole thing. The quality is solid, and it stands firmly, at the same time not too heavy, we can still move it around until fill the weight completely. The whole package provides multiple height options, which allows my son to enjoy it through the seasons as he grows taller. It also provided the necessary tools for assembling it.

I purchased this basketball hoop for my 7yr old grandchild. We were excited to put it together asap. Unfortunately two of the three poles were exactly the same so there is no way to adjust the height because only two poles fit together. One of the main reasons I purchased this particular item was because of the good reviews on customer service. As soon as we realized the problem with the poles I immediately emailed customer support.Update: Customer support was great! Quick response and within a week I had the correct poles delivered. All I had to do was send them pictures of the poles that wouldn’t fit into each other so they could be sure to ship exactly what was needed.The basketball stand now is complete and appears to be sturdy and well made. The kids are loving it. I would recommend this product

Awesome hoop! Easy to setup and move the height, we are constantly playing! That said, is it possible to buy a replacement backboard? We had a huge storm last night (90 mph winds) and even though the base was filled it fell hard and smashed the board. The rim is slightly dented but not so worried about that. If we can grab a new board and swap out the screws that would be awesome. Thanks for anything you can recommend!

The installation wasn’t too hard, but it did take some time. I like that the height is adjustable and the backboard feels sturdy. Just note that you’ll need to buy your own weights for the base. It’s not clearly mentioned in the manual how much weight it requires, so be sure to check the product description on the website.

Really easy to build it up. Perfect size just like gym. Easy to fill up with water. Good for all ages. Looks super cool cheaper than others. Heavy metal really stable we like it so much.

Product quality is good! hoop was down by the wind one day. my suggestion is to fill with sand instead of water in base.

This product is great. My son loves it and invites his friends over to play, often. Customer service is also top notch and fast with communication. I have received two of these, as my first one formed a hole on the base because of rolling it around all the time. The company was prompt and understood, and replaced it. Above and beyond, this now sits in the grass to avoid the scraping. Awesome product for the price, overall.
