A little hard to get the connecting pieces to fit but I managed to get them on and I love this couch. It's soft, comfortable and I love having all that storage. Only downside would be for a tall person. It is a low seat and not very deep. I am 5'3" and I can sit all the way back and my feet actually reach the floor. Thank you for the perfect fit couch.

This modular couch arrived quickly, and all the boxes came complete with the contents undamaged.Each modular seat box weighs about 45 lbs, so I did need help carrying the larger pieces up the stairs to my second floor office. Note that the biggest boxes have a seat and its back piece in them, separately. So unboxing and carrying pieces individually was a little easier.The pieces were relatively simple to assemble, and all hardware including screwdriver was included. Connecting the seats was a little more difficult than I thought it would be, and I needed help with that. But that’s because they fit together quite snugly—and that’s a good thing for daily use.I’ve used it for a few days now. It’s sturdy and comfortable. The fabric color is great, it is soft, and nothing smells weird. The underseat storage is convenient. I like that the ottoman attaches to the couch, so my large dog can jump on it without the ottoman moving. And I can rearrange the pieces if I want.I am a 5’5” woman and the seat depth is perfect for me. If you are tall, you should ensure that the seat depth is enough for you.All in all, this couch fit my needs perfectly and I’m very happy with it.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. This sofa is the perfect size for a small room, very nice material and love that it is also a sleeper. Very well packaged when received and very simple to put together.

I was going to give this 2 stars, maybe even 1 but the customer support is pretty responsive so I bumped it up. The sofa did not originally come with all the parts needed so I had to contact customer service to send one over so I could complete assembly. They did, but I still was missing some items so they needed to send again. The sofa itself isn't very comfortable. It's one of the firmest sofas I've ever owned. Lesson learned there: Don't buy a sofa online. After a couple of months, I noticed loose threads on one of the armrests. They offered a partial refund and sent another armrest. However, I'm still not satisfied. The sofa just seems incredibly flimsy and cheap. Does not seem like anything resembling a $1,000 sofa. More like a $200-$300 sofa you would buy in Walmart or Target for a college student. That said, customer service is responsive.

I love this couch! Works perfect for small spaces. Storage is awesome! A little hard and not much cushion but still comfortable. I had a problem with shipping and called and emailed their customer service and they helped me track the last few boxes. I would buy this again.
