Honestly I was unsure of buying a belt for my husband without actually feeling it to get an idea of quality. This was a solid thick leather, with good stitching. He has worn it for several months now, and there's no thinning where the prong is, or where the belt folds through the buckle. The quality is very good.

Bought this belt for my husband. We travel a lot and it was important to have a belt that would make it through TSA. The first time he wore it he had to take it off but since then it’s been working fine so I’m thinking that was an oddity. He likes his belt because it has several holes above and beyond the size ordered to allow for adjustments.

Good solid build. This is a thicker belt than the others I own. It is a bit stiff to flexing. It will work well with industrial work wear like jeans or canvas pants. The only issue I have is the finish to the edges of the belt do not look like the photos posted. There is a raw leather look to the edges. The back is colored but rough. I wish I could compare it to the Timberline Belts that also sell on Amazon for not much more. I did get a good price when I purchased.

I am impressed with this Vatan belt. It is double layered genuine leather, double stitched along its entire length. It seems a very rugged, high quality item for a great price. I'm going to order this again in another color now that I see how it's put together.

Great belt! Style is nice and looks great. The price is great and so is the product.

Firstly, the length is true to size, secondly, quality seems to be as specified, real cowhide, stitches are good and consistent, the whole appearance of the belt speaks of quality product.And, surprisingly, the belt has been covered by protective sleeve and then boxed like a wedding ring, very nice from manufacturer.

Disappointed !!!! Not a quality Leather , more on the stiff side . Leather is real ruff on the inside , not smooth . Also this belt feels unfinished as it has sharp edging and is not rounded off on the top and bottom of the belt . . Cuts into my hands as I try to thread into my belt loops of my jeans !!!!!
