A great cost compared to other brands at £1.70 a meal. Some background, I used to be quite overweight (120kg) and ate a lot during a day around 3000 calories. After some adversity, I lost appetite and lost a lot of weight (now 97kg) I've been going to the gym and regained my appetite and I can confirm these shakes do make me full for around 4 hours or so. I have them for lunch (either 12/1pm) and can last till dinner time (7/8pm) although start to get hungry at around the 6pm mark. I've bought both banana smooth and millionaire shortbread. Although both taste great, the millionaire shortbread is a lot better and more of a treat in my opinion. I look forward to the meal if its Millionaire shortbread. The product is a bit gritty and find that the grit works well with the millionaire shortbread as it tastes like an actual dessert. Macros are great, I feel full, great cost at £1.70 a meal, great taste. Will definitely buy again.

I tested the powder first on my finger and it has a great taste! Very nice and flavourful banana. I'm trying a few different shakes out to see if I can lose the little belly I've gained. I work out 3 times a week which involves weight lifting, ab routine and cardio. I'm also trying to actively reduce my snacking on sweets which is the main culprit of the belly. I mix 2 scoops in 300ml - 50ml less because I wanted to be sure it was thick enough and that's exactly how I like my shakes. It does have a slightly powdery texture but it's still very smooth and tasty. I started drinking my first one at 6:08pm and finished at 6:30pm It kept me full for 2½ - 3 hours which is what I'd hoped for. I was replacing my main dinner with this shake for the entire bag which had 12 servings of 2 scoops(70g) Weight before: 12St 10 - 80.7KG Weight after: 12St 5 - 78.4KG Total loss of 2.3KG - 5lbs - 81oz in 12 days. Started 26 Nov and my last shake was Dec 7th. £10 for 1KG (12 days of 1 dinner replaced per day) really isn't a bad deal at all as that averages £5 per week for dinner. I'll definitely be trying out another flavour soon, I really liked this product!

Good quality, keeps me satisfied for a long time. The taste is a little sickening, but not unbearable.

Taste is satisfactory, but a little coarser in texture than my usual brand. Does not thicken well with water or ice and water, better with milk.

The powder is heavy and takes a bit of mixing. I usually add a small amount of milk, then build it up into a paste, slowly until the whole amount is mixed. Once done the mixture is well mixed and becomes a wonderful, wholesome delicious and very filling shake. I've been so happy with them I've bought more.

Très bien. Bon goût, il faut aimer les flocons d’avoine car je trouve que ça ressort beaucoup en goût. Remplace bien un repas !

Das Pulver löst sich gut auf und schmeckt sehr gut. Ich habe es für mich bestellt , nicht unbedingt zum Diät machen. Sondern zum Sport. Ich mache Abends gerne noch etwas Sport. Und wenn ich dann Nachts zu Bett gehe bekomme ich meistens Hunger und schlafe dann schlecht. Jetzt nehme ich eine Bananen Shake zu mir und kann entspannt Sport treiben. Muy bien sabor, disuelvo con batidora en medio minuto y queda muy suave, me encanta.

Super goût. J'avais acheté celui au chocolat l'année dernière mais finalement celui à la banane est bien meilleur. Idéal quand je suis trop en retard le matin et à midi.
