Q: I am 6’2” and 175 lbs what size should I buy? I normally wear a large t-shirt.

I am a 6'2" and weigh 180 lbs, practically the same height and weight as you are. I ordered a size L and it fits perfectly.

Q: How does the sizing run in these shirts? i usually wear a large or xl, and have gained a little weight. should i do the xl or xxl?

I found the shirts to be true-to-size, with a slightly "athletic" fit. I wear an XXL comfortably, and that's what I bought in these. The fit was just right. If you're in-between sizes, I'd go with the larger of the two sizes.

Q: What size would i need to get for a 6’4, 295lbs muscular man? xl or xxl?

I am 6'2 and 185 lbs and size L fits me well. I would think that a size XL would be a bit too tight for you and so, I would recommend you go with a XXL size
