Going strong after a year and half
I purchased this to practice my balance exercises after my 2nd brain stem surgery. My Vestibular NEURO PT said I should buy one.I admit at first I didn't use it much as I should. Well 11 months later my balance took a nose dive like I was fresh out of brain surgery so back to Neuro PT I had to go. This time around I started using it more a long with BlazePods and use it daily now.It has withheld a lot of force. From my 340# elderly father using it to my niece and nephew that think it's a jumping thing! It's still has managed to hold it's firmness.Unfortunately for me my feet go numb quickly due to my neuropathy! But I still push through.

Nice but a little too firm for PT
I took this pad with me to my physical therapy session and she said it was a bit too firm for balance practice. Other than that, it is nice.

Vide Balance Pad
Great to work on balance by strengthening leg muscles. Something similar was used in PT when I had a total knee replacement. Can also be used for yoga.

Wow! I knew I had some issues but once I stepped on this pad I found out how much balance I had lost . Great product
