Indian jelly - easy to make and sets quickly
I'm used to the American JELLO. Since I cannot get it at present, I've been trying the local Weikfield flavors. A bit too sweet for my liking, so I mix in ½ cup cranberry juice and only 1½ hot water. Sets very quickly but stays very soft. it's a good product overall, and I like the orange and raspberry flavors.
