Great item good value for money too

The packaging was awful. No protection whatsoever so of course it’s going to smash. Was meant to be a birthday present and I darent rebuy just in case it happens again so very disappointed. Stunning mug too so just a shame :(

This is a birthday present for daughter and the product looks good. The box is slightly damaged so I am happy that the product seems to be ok.

The item looks lovely, although the mug is visibly of a cheap low quality. I bought this as a gift for a family member so I witnessed it's storage from receiving it, it was not used or removed from the box until a few weeks after receiving it and when washed a crack through the handle became apparent (I think it's appearance was more pronounced after coming into contact with warm water). As the family member didn't use it for a while, it's now passed the returns window on Amazon.As cute as this product is, I would not reccomend it. The box is also low on quality. The product is not of the standard you'd get if you purchased it from the Disney store and at the price I paid, they would have cost the same.

Was disappointed when received product of how part of the writing was none existent as was ment to be a gift for my girlfriend

Bought 3 of these to give as gifts.... all 3 are being sent back due to the print/transfer missing and coming off the mug. Not happy at all.
