They won't scratch your furniture.They're colorful - but there's enough color variety in each one that they'll look good in most color schemes. I don't even put mine away, I just leave them stacked on the table.And yes - even though they're silicone, they absorb. Not in the sense that a paper towel does, but there's channels in between the raised areas that catch the drips. They work with most drinks. A really extra-sweaty iced drink might require a little more, but those are best served where they can't hurt anything to begin with, no matter what kind of coasters you're using.The designs are fun, kind of faux Tibetan/mandalas.

I first purchased a set in June. They are so pretty, and also practical. I've used indoor and out, and gotten many compliments. So I was very annoyed when I couldn't find 4 of them. My husband had taken them to use under the feet of his desk to protect his rug. Which they were also good at and attractive as well. I made him but me a new set. The people at Global Unlimited noticed I was a repeat order and threw in some extra coasters that weren't quite perfect. I think they are beautiful, their standards are obviously high.To sum up, excellent product and excellent customer service. ✳✳✳✳✳

I bought this for my Mother in Law (Mamma) for Christmas. We had been living with the in-laws for a few months while we purchased our first home. Mamma had straw coasters that our dog decided to chew up while we were out of the house. Mamma used to like sober colour schemes but suddenly loves a lot of colourful things. This was a gift from the dog.These coasters are perfect! They are silicone, not too rubbery not too soft. They have fantastic, intricate designs. The design allows for the bottom of a glass not to stick to or form a vacuum on the bottom of ones drink.My sister in law saw them and wants a set! They really are gorgeous. Maybe as a gift for her birthday?

should be a little thicker

After having a baby, now toddler, we were in the market for a coaster that was a little softer on things... including him. These are great! They have held up, are fun in color, are soft on the babe AND the rest of the furniture and serve their purpose.

I'm not sure why absorbency is on the list of attributes for a silicone item. They have a raised pattern, so they'll collect gunk if you spill a lot. They clean up well however. The grip is excellent and they are quite fetching.

These silicone Coasters do exactly what they are supposed to do - and it's a bonus that the patterns and colors are so pretty. I use them mostly for hot drinks but have had no issues with cold drinks "sticking". Another bonus is the seller was quick to notice I was a return customer and sent me a note in my second package - paying attention!

Beautiful designs, bight, festive. However the coasters stick to the table more than I would like and the water puddles up on the coaster....nowhere for the water to go.
