This product is exactly as described. The small, sturdy steps are the perfect solution for our aging, 24 lb. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and his arthritis. As others have stated, it arrives vacuum sealed and opens up within seconds. The seller recommends waiting 72 hours, honestly we only did that for 24. The neutral gray cover is nicely made, is washable and the handle makes moving the steps a breeze. We were very impressed how sturdy these foam steps are. Since we have hardwood floors, I'm very happy they do not slide away from him. At first, our dog was NOT interested in trying them. He watched us put a small piece of carrot on the couch and right up he went. We used this incentive only 3 times, then he successfully was on his own! Would recommend.

Love these stairs. Got them for my senior kitty. It took a few days and a bit of prodding before she used it, but now she gets it. Very sturdy, they easily support my 25 lb toddler as well, although they definitely deform if stepped on by an adult. the cover is very easy to put on / take off / wash, and the stairs are light enough to toss around the room when not needed.

Fast shipping and it was surprisingly easy to set up. I was worried when I saw how small the box was and that the foam was shrink wrapped. I shared photos so you can see how it arrived.I took a photo beside a womens small baseball cap so you can see how small it was shrink wrapped. I wish I took a video when I opened the shrink wrap because it immediately inflated. I shared the photo of it after as well beside yhe same baseball cap.The washable zipper covering was also surprisingly easy to put on.Overall they seem like pretty good stairs and solid. Hopefully my chihuahua will use them!As of now she seems afraid of them but I blocked any other access to the couch to try to force her to use them, so I am hoping that will work because she is too old to be jumping on and off the couch anymore.I do wish the steps were a bit wider, but hopefully she will use these ok.

To fit our needs, we had to trim the top step down a bit. This was easy. You may not need to, but don't think that you can't change the height with a long sharp knife. We then adjusted the fabric cover. That was no big deal either. The step is made of very hard foam so cutting it to your needs is no big deal. By cutting it down a little, it gave the dog 3 steps. The couch being the third step.

The cardboard inserts for each stair were too big so we had to trim each piece so they fit. Otherwise OK quality

I got these stairs for a Yorkie I rescued. She is so small, and my bed is high. Now that she has learned how to navigate the stairs I can't keep her off the bed! It's not a problem, except in the middle of the night when she is up and down, exploring the house, then returning for a cuddle. Keeps me awake!

I thought this had to be the type of foam that "grows" when released from it's packaging because of how tightly it was packed. Nope! It's just completely smushed and unusable. The "hard" parts don't fit properly in their slots so they're left partially sticking out. The stairs have no real support and pretty sure my senior dog would be falling down on them. Returning this very bad item but "conveniently" they don't fit back in the box after opening them from their what can only be described as compression plastic. Garbage.

These are great for small toy like dogs. Easy to assemble.
