Cable Attachment Set

This set of cable crossover attachments is a great value and cover almost of what you need to greatly expand what you can do with a lat pulldown and low row machine. Each piece is made of high quality steel in a clean shiny black finish. The spin for the short bar is smooth and perfect for tricep extensions and preacher curls. Also great for low rows and upright rows. This will probably be the piece you use the most. The rope is as good as any I have used in a commercial gym and shows no sign of wear after 3 months. What's also nice is the weight of each piece. They are well balanced and feel good in the hand. The knurl on these are pretty good. Not as deep as some people might prefer, but these are also not for crazy heavy weight, so I don't think heavy knurl is necessary. The matching black clips is the cherry on top. I highly recommend these for anyone starting out their home gym with either a cable crossover setup or a lat pulldown/low row machine.

Glad I picked these up. Very durable and solid. A great value for the money.

Great attachments actually feel solid compared to the provided attachments for my home gym cage setup. The quality is well above my expectations and would buy from the vendor again.

I was recently looking for a rope attachment for my cable system but didn’t want to spend too much. I came across this set and instantly had to buy it. Not only does it come with the rope attachment I needed, but it also includes a variety of other attachments that allow you to target different muscle groups. For anyone who has a home gym and is looking to expand their cable machine's functionality without breaking the bank, this is a fantastic option. It offers a great range of attachments, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to diversify their exercises and get more out of their cable system!

Sturdy, heavy, legit bar handles.

Nice set

I live at an apartment complex that has 0 attachments for the cable machines. I love using the cable machine. If I’m in a rush and can’t make it to my regular gym I grab my attachments and use my apartment gym. Its allowed me to learn more cable workouts. The pieces are sturdy, heavy and versatile for all workouts. They’re comfortable in your hands and heavy which is a plus.

Excellent

I purchased these to use with a pulley setup that I hung from a wall mounted pull up bar. It was one of the best decisions I have made. The handles are well made and the carabiners are sturdy too. With the variety of grips included, I was able to turn a pull up bar and pulley setup into a functional fitness rig. Great way to do a home gym on a budget!
