Very handy crystals that come with this are very strong I find it works better with the nose piece off

This product is genius!. Simplest ever gadget. You can fill it with water from the kettle but you can put the jar in the microwave with just the amount of water that you need and get it ready in 40 secs (take off the cover with the mask before putting the jar in the micro)The menthol crystals that come with it are ultra concentrated. Bare that in mind and try it first with one single crystal. I put three and it was like a nuclear bomb! I'm having a never ending chesty cough and it has really helped me to breath better in one single try. As bronquitis are unfortunately part of my life, I don't know how I didn't disvover this item earlier!! For this price, there's nothing more efficient than this

I’ve had chronic sinusitis for over 10 years. Due surgery in 3 weeks. Currently my sinuses are in a very bad way so I’ve been buying everything as I’m desperate for some relief. Bought this product few days ago. Used once and I have to say it’s decent and it cleared one of my nostrils straight away. So far so good. Obviously not a fix but it’s defo gonna help until surgery. Be careful with the crystals though because jeez they are strong lol just put a bit of dust in from a crystal, honestly just a very small amount like a salt amount in it otherwise it will blow your head off and burn your eyes like it did me lol. But yeah decent product tbf and worth a buy. Should bring some relief.
