It's massive! I'm not complaining, could easily get 4 packets of biscuits in it.

Ideal for proofing bread dough, fits about 2kg
I'm using the container to proof sourdough bread. Works very well, the indications on the side are useful to gauge how much the dough has risen. Fits about 2kg of dough.

Needed them for soups etc. Not 100% leak proof but they are a lot better than some on the market, if that makes sense. It would be too much hassle to send them back, so I'll make do.
