There's a white plug with a hole in the center stuck in rod A. How do you get this thing out? It's blocking the extension rod from connecting to it.

Push the white plug in hard until it goes over the ridges and then connect rod B. We have improved this issue and it will not happen again, please rest assured.

I received two "d" parts and no "c" part. who do i contact to get the correct "c" part?

Separate extension rod is not available in our store. You can purchase a set of 16-88'' and 16-144'' to reach 191''. But then you will have 2 extra end caps and 1 telescopic rod.
