Does this have an interior liner, to protect your skin from the rough tulle?

It does have an interior liner!

Is this itchy on the underside next to the skin or does it have a lining in it?

It has a lining, and I didn't find it itchy at all! Almost like a slip kind of material on the inside. Incredibly comfortable for a long wear too! :)

Can this fit me...I wear a size 24......can anybody respond

I ordered this for my size 14 granddaughter it fit loosely but felt a size large would have been too tight... also ordered the dress in 1X it fit perfectly...
