I bought these pads for ice skating, since I had excruciating pain(on the verge of crying) while skating. After a few weeks skating, I grew a hard painful bump on the ball of my foot. NOTHING helped the pain until I bought these pads. Skating with them on, I felt ZERO pain. I was able to confidently and comfortably ice skate and walk after skating. Prior to these pads, I would be limping off the ice, barely able to walk. Bar far the best purchase I've made for my feet.

They are comfortable if y our asking around bare foot. They have a tendency to role on you in bed, they did help with neuropathy cramps in my foot when I won’t hem to bed.

I have some arthritis in my feet and some of my toes crowd the toe next to it. I hoped that this would device would keep my toes separated and prevent rubbing together. While it did accomplish this, and the silicone material was comfortable enough, I found the material underneath my foot was not that comfortable. I didn't find that the material rolled up like some reviewers experienced, it just wasn't comfortable for all day wear.

These are the best product I've tried (to comfortably spread my toes apart). I wear socks over them to keep them clean and wear around the house. They seem super comfortable enough to wear all day and also while wearing shoes. Super soft and squishy product material make them soft and comfortable to wear. The fact that the style of the product is a 'little longer', to extend onto the foot somewhat, was the key factor in ease of application and feel securely placed (once on). I have short stubby toes and it's been a minute to find the correct product. This is the one. And you get two pairs for a great price. Will be ordering again.

I have suffered with my feet for decades. I have had orthotics, surgery and cushions under the ball of my foot. I can’t believe I am not limping and am without pain.

These gel pads seem flexible and have a slight cushioning in the bottom. However, I didn't feel it separated enough the big toe from the rest, the separator is too small for that. I also, felt it was stressing my foot than helping it relax. They felt too snug. As an another reviewer said "they are difficult to put on" and believe me you don't have to be old to struggle with them. They can probably go on easily if you put talcum powder inside. Keep in mind that you will need to put on a thin sock to slide them into your sneakers or on a pair of wide shoes! These gel things prevent you from sliding them into anything unless you wear socks. Clean them before wearing them. I found a small black bug in the individual plastic bag. So much for new gel pads. Considering returning them.

They work well to separate my sore toes. I have been able to heal the sore calluses. Using them has been very helpful.

My order was delivered as I was walking out to work , so I put them on when I got to work. Normally my feet are just killing me . I have bunions and hammer toes and generally it feels like im walking on broken glass with broken feet , I was really surprised when I realized halfway through my shift my feet weren't killing me. Towards the end of the night I was a little uncomfortable but nothing compared to normal. So im loving this purchase. But overall really good product and its thin Update after 7 days. Its crazy how much these have helped. I have been living with unbearable pain and a week of wearing these my feet feel the best they have in years.
