This gumshield is really good and quite sturdy.

Easy to mould but it’s ripped all my sons gums at kickboxing, he was pouring in blood. Wouldn’t waste your money.

Not the most comfortable
Don't mould to your teeth well and have a grainy rough texture in your mouth. That said, they do work and protect you.
