This book gives you 17 setups for mechanical entry, and where to place the initial stop, exits or profit taking are pretty much discretionary. They encourage you to paper trade a setup until you're comfortable and I think that's a great idea. I have my own mechanical systems but always looking at other ideas and these are pretty good. Linda says you only need one pattern to make a living and I agree 100%. I think experienced traders will get the most out of this book, probably not for beginners. I think its a great book.

This is without doubt the best trading book I have ever read. It strips away the often confusing and conflicting theory of trading, and presents a real world practical guide (with countless examples and strategies) as to how the markets actually work, and how a trader can approach them and gain an edge, to establish a consistent and profitable system. Written in a no nonsense manner, by real traders who have spent a lifetime at the coal face perfecting their craft. Simply awesome, thank you Linda and Larry for taking the time out to pass on your hard earned wisdom.
