This makes great tasting coffee. I used to set up a coffee pot and a kettle so people can have coffee or tea. It took up a lot of room on the counter. It was always a chore to set up the coffee and remember to turn on the brewing, and then washing the pot at the end. If I started it early, the coffee would be stale by the end of the party or I would run out. There were times when the pot was still full at the end of the night and I would throw out a lot of coffee or refrigerate it and drink the stale coffee the next day.I don’t do that anymore.
