Anyone figure out how to get the base on this thing? Seems like you fold the edges into rectangles and fit them into the gaps, but it doesn’t stay put

Keep plastic base, fold the flaps, place the base on top line up the doors and flaps. The floor will not hold without the plastic base too.

what size are the figures?

They are 3.75-inch height about the same as G.I. Joe figures.

Do the army guy’s legs and arms bend?

What is the box dimension? Not the product dimension.

The box is only slightly bigger than the product. Since the set is 20.25 x 16.5 x 9.75 in. My guess its about a half inch more. So roughly 21 x 17 x 10 inches.
