Ideal sling for injured hand
Very innovatively designed. Effective as a comfortable sling to arrest hand movement. Easy to put on and remove. Very good.

Complicated, inadequate instructions on how to use, just stick with the "plain old" arm sling. I bought this because I have mouse arm. However, it is not easy to use, and the instructions are inadequate.Just buy the traditional arm sling. This device is too clever. Don't order it.

Better ones out there.
Recently had AC Joint surgery so I needed a sling/immobilizer like this one and not the traditional type. I liked how the adjustable buckles were in the front on top of the arm holder. It took a week to deliver compared to many others only a few days. When it came in I immediately put it on. The first thing I noticed is that it was small, maybe sized for youth. The second thing I noticed was that the straps have ZERO padding. Imagine wearing this thing for hours on end. Yeah, not happening. I do not recommend this product as there are better shoulder immobilizers out there.

So comfortable, buy definitely need 2 people to put it on
I have fibromyalgia and hypermobility, my right arm seems to have trapped a nerve or something in extreme pain. This sling keeps my arm in place and is comfortable to wear, definitely worth the £22 I paid, only downside is you definitely need 2 people to put it on to help with the straps

Get this. Works very well.
Really comfortable and worth the cost. I do suggest more Velcro on the swath. I am small but not tiny. We had to add Velcro to make the swath snug enough.
