I got this for drawing because of the price. It draws pretty smoothly and doesn't dig into the paper. It is light and doesn't add to much bulk to my art bag. It doesn't hurt to hold and the colors of the mechanical pencils pop, but don't annoy the eyes. It is pretty easy to erase and does leave anything behind.

they are very nice and cute and the lead is good and it writes perfect but the eraser is very tiny so you have to have the big eraser if you mess up

These pencils are very nice for the price, and I like the fact that they are color coded with the refills. However, the one with the finest lead wasn't loaded with enough to draw with, and when I attempted to add some new lead, it was impossible to do without the lead breaking into tiny pieces. I think these pencils need to be redesigned to make replacing the lead easier. Otherwise, they're fine for my purposes.

I both liked and disliked the product because the orange pencil kept on breaking but the colors were nice and so were the rest of the pencils

I love my new set that I use for script writing and drawing. There is a good range of four lead sizes. Great value. This is perfect for a budding art student!
