Great book, brings together physical and mental elements for high performance
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, it has given me great insight to what it really takes to preform at a high level, it gives goods tips and exercises for becoming physically best shape you can, but also brings in the mental element, it shows how the two sides of high performance, both mental and physical can combine to create an athletes best version of themselves.

Read this to become a top performer
Really comprehensive book on becoming a peak performer athlete. J.D. shares 9 principles that you must follow to achieve this level. I loved the parts where he discusses how powerful the mind can be. Overall, a must read book to reengineer the mind and becoming a successful athlete.

Comprehensive intro to athletic performance
I enjoyed reading this book about how to improve your performance, how to perform at your peak state. Appreciated seeing the different stages of motor skill acquisition, going from deliberate cognitive learning to making things automatic. Well-written book.

I liked the idea of mental rehearsals and info on flow and focus. I plan on trying on my golf game.

Very informative
Very practical book to use in a pinch. It's reads from both perspectives so either coach or athlete can use this guide. I recommend it whether you are a coach, athlete or weekend warrior it will help set goals easily.
