The tubes of this Manfrotto monopod have the perfect combination of rigidity and safety of professional tripods just like the 190 series and the 055 series. This monopod features the Manfrotto Fluid Base (MVMXPROBASE) which allows you to transform a photo monopod into a professional fluid monopod for video. The innovative FLUIDTECH solution allows for fluid 3D movement - pan, tilt and swivel, with state-of-the-art technology based on a spherical-shaped system located inside the base, which allows maximum smoothness with a wider range of angles. The three extractable feet make the monopod extremely portable when folded and allow you to easily carry the monopod anywhere. The new D-shaped aluminium tubes greatly improve anti-rotation resistance throughout the monopod, following rapid rotation movements by the videographer. Combined with the Power Quick Lock (QPL), which firmly locks the lever on the flat side of the monopod tube, jerky movements are eliminated.
