Does the Processor come with a Fan, Heatsink, and Thermal Paste or do I have to buy either or all of those separately?

Mr. Torres, it comes with all those. Thermal grease is almost always applied to CPU heatsinks these days. However, if you're technically inclined, I highly recommend getting a third-party grease like Arctic Silver 5. Only in the case when a processor is named as an OEM part or CPU Only will it be just that and nothing else. Should you replace your stock HSF unit for an aftermarket one, I recommend the Hyper 212 Plus. It's an exquisite HSF that works very well.

I have a Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua) motherboard will this processor work?

according to info on that board (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&docname=c03135925#N129) it will work. only issue you may encounter is overclocking. that is, the board does not have overclocking ability. personally, i think an unlocked cpu in a board that doesn't support overclocking is a waste of time and money. but that is just me. again, it will work. check the link and you will see that it states 'Intel Core i5-3xxx (Ivy Bridge) Quad Core up to 77 W' and the i5 3570k meet these specs.

unless the processor socket is 1155 no, make a hackintosh if you want something with power that has apple software.
