I will try and provide a succinct review for the Dr. Arthritis Ankle support/Ankle brace:Comfort: It is a comfortable non-itchy material. My ankle stays warm but doesn’t overheat and I havebeen able to wear for long periods without any problems. The fit is superb (I think I have an averagesized ankle joint).Support: The support is decent. There are three straps which allow you to adjust the tightness andsupport to your particular taste. There is no hinge and it can be a little awkward at the extremes ofjoint range – however, this will not affect you for normal use.Style – The black although a little dull is easy to wear and goes with nearly everything. The logo isdiscrete and I think looks quite cool, sort of a designer look (although I am not sure you get designerjoint supports).Quality – Only had a few days but so far so good. The Velcro is very strong and the material is toughand is very durable. I expect that this will last a considerable amount of time and looks very wellmade.Handbook – The handbook is excellent. There are some useful tips if you have arthritis and I havestarted doing the exercises which I hope will strengthen the joint. The exercises all have diagramsand the instructions are very easy to follow and shouldn’t take much of your day up.Should you purchase this product? I would highly recommend this product. I had a couple of emailexchanges with the company prior to purchase who responded promptly and assured me of theirmoney back guarantee. Overall a fantastic product and I would recommend.

I have terrible osteoarthritis in both ankles following on from septicaemia damage 4 years ago which led to limiting my use of the muscles in my legs. This was 4 years ago and for the last two years I have been wearing some form of ankle strap. I ordered this one recently, just one to test it out and I was really happy with the way it supports and aids my ankle. I really felt the benefit f wearing it, so after ordering one to test, I went and ordered another one the next day to out on the other ankle. its not going to solve my problems, but it certainly does help more than what I was using before,

This is a good product. I was looking for some ankle support to help me wean out of a walking boot after breaking my ankle 8 weeks ago. Instructions are in the box along with a booklet showing some good ankle exercises. I initially wore it on my bare foot, but found it left my skin white, next time I wore it on a sock and it was much better. Although its supposed to be ankle support, its best to be careful to not over tighten it.

Arrived in less than 24 hours ! 😊I'm a size wide 4 in all footwear.I ordered the Small size.Fits perfect.I put it on straight away.I could even put both on the same foot for extra support, but decided to take it off.This morning I've put my own trainer sock on first followed by the compression sleeve. Feels very comfy. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was keeping my shoe orthotics in place. Today I will just wear my normal trainers to see how I get on and will update my review accordingly.But so far so good.A little expensive for what it is but if it gives me a little relief its money well spent as I suffer severe plantar fasciitis in both feet along with tenosynovitis.

Product is OK. But bulky to fit in the shoe and I wouldn’t say provides that much support, but there is some there!! Also tricky to put on!

I'm a UK size 4.5 and I bought a small. They fit well and my ankle pain is finally a lot better even though I've only just got them. I have posterior impingement syndrome in both ankles and have suffered with chronic pain for years. A friend recommended compressions socks and my physiotherapist said it would be a good idea. I'm so glad I bought them! The pain isn't completely gone and I'm not saying it's a "miracle cure" but they've made things so much better. Even walking was painful for me despite having a regular lot of Codeine and Ibuprofen, so being able to walk short differences without flinching in pain is massive for me. Thank you!

the material inside makes you sweat ,heat up the injured ankle , I don't recommend it is doesn't support as much .

After reading some of the reviews🧐 I was left sceptical if this would give me the support I needed🤔 however I can confirm that this product is as good as they say in the positive reviews👍.. it gives my ankle great support, in the box📦 it comes with leaflet on how to fasten up the brace, and a booklet on how to strengthen your ankles once you are able to start recovery..I recently sprained my ankle and was unable to place any weight onto it🚷..with this product I am able to place weight onto my foot again 🦶and get around the house easier..There’s no miracle cure for a sprained ankle but the support this gives your ankle really is great.As far as I can tell it’s a well made product but I haven’t been using it for long so only time will tell.To summarise I am 100% glad I brought this ankle support it really does do the job👍
