You could use these connectors for almost anything, but *should* you use them? NO!! If you have a home with aluminum wiring, you really should replace it as soon as you can. Aluminum wire is a clear and present danger if found in homes. Its not a job people should tackle themselves too. Hire a professional to replace/rewire. Also, each device should have a ground wire too. Many aluminum wired houses I've run into also end up with no grounds at outlets, so rewiring can fix two things at once.

This listing is for Wago 221-2401 which is good for: 20 - 12 AWG solid 18 - 12 AWG stranded If you are using #22 & #24 wire as well, then you will need to use: 221-412 2 port 221-413 3 port 221-415 5 port The last three connector variants are for 24-12 AWG solid and stranded.
