Does is prevent other cards without the slip from working?

You will have to insert the card into the sleeve to protect them. If you don't, we can't guarantee that it will block the card if you insert them alternately in your wallet.

Can you add more than 1 passport to a wallet?

Probably but the wallet could split eventually. When I ordered mine I received about 4 passport wallets so that was fine. They do as they are specified to do with one passport
