Q: Can you buy the tray organiser separately from the bottom part?

In screwfix, nationwide. Just search for Stanley organiser.

Q: Does it come with an inside tray?

No. There is no inside tray. There are divider options for the bottom but no dividers are supplied, I personally can't find any. The base is entirely open and tools are put on top of each other. A power tool box which attaches can Be bought too (this is handy For putting tools in) the see through box is mainly for screws etc but the dividers can be taken out and tools inserted. full of tools its very heavy and a struggle to take to work. Speaking from over 2 years owning this tool box.

The whole top tray separates from the hollow base. You can then put whatever you like (separate containers and tools) in the hollow base.

Have no idea but very good quality. Only problem is it’s so big it carries loads and therefore very heavy!!!
