Q: Does the set contain a tool to put the glass back on watch?

I am not sure. There are lots of things in the set that I have no idea what they do. It is a great little kit for taking links out and replacing batteries. The kit comes with no instructions so I have googled anything I need to know. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Punches to remove bracelet segment pins, Adjustable lever to remove screw on case backs, Blade to remove push on case backs, Small screwdriver, pliers, small hammer Small vice and multi position retaining block

Q: Does this kit include flat head screwdrivers smaller than 1mm?

I believe it does not, the tools are of a mixed standard. Some are absolute rubbish and others where good, overall poor. I'd look to buy a different set, I wouldn't recommend the tools.

Q: The level that screws the back off the watch is slightly to short to fit into the slots. Does the level adjust to make it wider at all?

Yes it does adjust but if you have a watch the size of Big Ben then probably won't go that wide. Normal dials go up to about 45 mm..
