Love this product, however, the reason I gave it Four (4) Stars is due to the fact that the necklace doesn’t lay flat on the chest as it should! The Bracelet is very nice, and I receive many many complements on it!

No velvet gift pouch
Looks cheap and tacky. No velvet gift bags as described. Does not change colour as described. It would seem that I was definitely not so lucky with this purchase 😕
