Makes great porridge
Tastes great as a porridge. Can microwave from the bag in 18 minutes. 50 g oats + 300 ml liquid, full power for 9 min, stir and repeat. This makes quite a stiff porridge, add more liquid if preferred. (I use a 2 litre Pyrex bowl without a lid. Add salt if liked.)

Nearly perfect
The Oat Groat is fantastic, cannot knock it - whole grain, vegan and organic - what more could you ask for. Packaging is plastic and not sustainable. Improve the packaging to be sustainable, keeping the food weight and product price the same and this would be a 5* review.

Most healthy porridge
Really healthy and tasty. I cook three days worth and keep in refrigerator so it does slow down the morning activities. Add fruit and spices to your taste and also some milk as well as water.
