This is a really simple to use device, there comes with straight forward instructions that explain which needles to use for which problems you may be targeting, each of those needles has a varying amount of pins which can target things from acne down to all the way to fine lines.The smaller pinless heads for me don't seem to be doing much however after a while of use then you can see that they do make a dramatic change close up. Pins are reasonably simple to get hold of as they sell full sets.It comes with two heads in the box as well as of course the usual instruction manual the case, the pen with its battery and a charging cable all of which make a really clean set up this ready to use.

They don’t work , completely useless , fake copy of the originals .Unfortunately I left it to late to try them to be able to return .Don’t waster your money .

Does not work as it should. Even if I set it to 2.0 mm, the needle does not run up and down. It only vibrates and therefore I am seeking a refund for both the needles I purchased and for the microneedling pen.

Yo recomiendo empezar con poca profundidad primero.Su uso es muy sencillo, para encenderlo pulsar el botón blanco que se encuentra en la parte azul de la parte superior hasta que encienda, luego cambiaremos la velocidad volviendo a pulsar este botón.Este tipo de lápices dermapen ayudan a la eliminación de arrugas, reducción del acné y cicatrices, eliminar estrías, producir colágeno y elastina, rejuvenecer la piel, mejorar las líneas finas, mejorar la caída del cabello, etc.Creo que es un buena opción de compra, pero otros traen más puntas y no estoy segura de que estas sean compatibles con otros dermapen del mercado, aunque tampoco salen demasiado caros los recambios, se venden en pack de 10 y nos saldría a 2.20 euros cada punta, que no es reutilizable, por lo demás, lo recomiendo.
