I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this blanket. Now, I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this. You see, my bedroom is in the basement of my home where I have lived for 4 years. It. Is. ALWAYS. COLD. Down. There. I sleep with a heater year round. I recently purchased this and was skeptical. Some of the reviews were scary speaking about the quality being poor or how it arrived. I purchased anyway knowing I could return it. Then I got it!!!! OMG!! First, it came vacuum packed, which was nice. It was tied in a ribbon which was sweet. I noticed how heavy it was. It has substantial weight to it, which I liked. Now, maybe I am just not used to the finer things in life,but I rather like the fabric. It feels nice to me. The first night I had my heater on as I slept, like usual, but I realized part way through the night that I was so hot. I turned the heater off. The second night I decided to sleep without the heater just to see. I was soooooo warm. It isn't just because it is currently "Springtime" in the middle of a pandemic. I know this b/c I got out of bed in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and It. Was. Freezing!!!!! I couldn't wait to get back under my cozy blanket. This is the best blanket purchase I have made EVER!! It's warm, cozy, and will save me money on my electric bill for not having to constantly run my heater all night. Not for you if you're a hot box!I will try to remember to update after I have had it for awhile.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase! The comforter comes neatly vacuum sealed. It gets really puffy as soon as you open the package. Sleeping under this comforter is heavenly, lightweight yet warm. Just like the feeling you get in a nice hotel bed. I highly recommend and would definitely buy again.I did buy the king size even though we have a queen size foam mattress. Hangs over just the right amount on a thick queen in my opinion.

This navy blue & soft grey, bed comforter looks beautiful & feels comfortable. Soon after it arrived, I tossed it into the dryer, on medium heat for 5 minutes, to get all of the wrinkles out.Then I quickly put it on my bed & smoothed out the wrinkles with my hand while it was still warm from the dryer heat. It looks great on my bed. It is the perfect weight, meaning it's not too heavy nor is it too light. It feels nice & cuddly. I really like the feel of the fabric. I will need some navy blue pillow cases, to dress it up a bit, but I am very happy with the purchase. It only comes with the comforter no pillow shams. The price was perfect for me. I have never been happier with a bedspread. I love it!!

I spent about 2 weeks combing amazon reviews for different comforters, trying to find something that was soft, fluffy, well-made, and that would keep us warm in the winter. I also planned to order a size up from our queen mattress to make sure my blanket-hogging boyfriend had no more excuses! :P I am SO glad I finally bit the bullet and purchased this one! All the negative reviews about it falling apart in the washer scared me a little bit, but I truly believe it’s because people tried to force these giant puffy blankets into standard washers & dryers. The king sized comforter most certainly will NOT fit in your standard washer/dryer, and I’m quite certain even a queen may be a stretch. I washed this comforter in a big washing machine at the laundry mat & dried it in the giant dryers there, along with 3 tennis balls, and it came out PERFECT. It’s the perfect amount of warmth, even in what’s still considered “summer” here in Texas, and unlike the comforter we had before this, my legs don’t freeze sleeping right next to our window unit at night. The filling almost feels as if it’s silk (squeezing the blanket between my fingers), but still very puffy! And the outer material is soft enough that I can’t tell when the sheets are on or not! Also, I have dry skin on my feet and hate when material sticks to them, but this just slides right over them as if I just got a fresh pedicure. Also, none of the blankets you buy are ever going to be as puffy as the pictures make them out to be — just get that out of your head right now. But I will say this blanket is the perfect amount of puffiness for me!All-in-all, this is a GREAT buy — if you don’t mind the extra steps of washing it in an appropriate sized washer & dryer. Otherwise you will risk it tearing apart. We already wash our clothes at a laundry mat, so it’s not a big deal for us.It comes vacuum-sealed, so it will need a day to puff out (if you aren’t washing it right away). I absolutely LOVE this thing!

Just got it today and haven't washed it or anything yet. Seems to be of nice quality, looks good. I'm giving it 2 stars simply because the dimensions on the package are inaccurate. When I bought it, it claimed 102"x102". Now the product description shows 104"x104". That's not a big deal. What is a big deal is the fact that it's not either of those dimensions. That's a square, and the one we received is most certainly not a square. It's big enough to fit our king size mattress (76"x80"). But it's way longer than it is wide. It almost covers the width of our matress, which is 18" thick. I haven't measured it, but it's pretty obvious it's longer than it is wide. Again, it's not a square as the description claims, but does cover (mostly, enough for us at least) a true king size mattress (76"x80"). California Kings measure at 72"x84", they are not wider than a regular king, no matter what you've heard or think, but this one would have no issues covering that either.

Received this comforter very fast. I'm glad I went with this comforter, as there are many others that look the same but for $10-$20 cheaper. But reading the reviews and finding out that it comes vacuum sealed I was sold on trying it out. We have a king size dim mattress (also ordered from Amazon) and this fits perfectly. The color is beautiful, it feels rich. Very warm and cozy. Oh and I did order a comforter six months ago it was $20 cheaper and not vacuume sealed....there was a very strong plastic smell with that comforter. This comforter has no smell to it at all!

Product arrived quickly and as described by seller. It was neatly packaged and comforter was vacuum sealed. After carefully removing the comforter from the plastic and since everything looked very clean(no weird smells) I decided to throw it in the dryer for 15-20min on low just to fluff it up and remove any lint that might be lurking. Wow what difference that makes! Comforter came out warm and puffy which is exactly what I was aiming for. Threw that sucker on my bed, hit the lights and had a warm/cozy nights sleep. The next morning I was so impressed I ordered a second one for my daughter(she loves it too). The comforter is soft and surprisingly plush, so it would also work well inside a duvet cover as it's quite thick and would fill up the cover nicely unlike something cheaper you might buy from Walmart for $40-$50 bucks. My only con with this product is that it's almost too warm to handle. Not really a big deal tho...just kick a leg out and you'll be good. So If you are looking for a comforter made of fairly high quality/plush materials in a competitive price range then look no further. Order one and you won't be disappointed. Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend to others.🤙

We decided to gift ourselves all new bedding for Christmas - we went with a Cali King size for our queen bed because someone is a blanket hog!! This is an awesome comforter. After researching a large number of comforters and narrowing down, painstakingly reading alllll reviews we settled on this one and are so glad we did! We got the red/black and both sides are lovely! One review suggested it felt more like a sleeping bag, I do not totally agree with that - I also do not totally disagree. But we are very outdoorsy people too and I think even if it felt totally like a sleeping bag that wouldn't be a horrible thing. If ya feel me. Also it is very light weight, and so cozy. The black is black and the red is a vibrant but dark red. I would reccomend this product!!

I guess for the price, this is quite a good comforter. I thought it look absolutely amazing on the picture, but when I received it the color was quite off. It is a brighter red than the picture shows (burgundy), which is not what I was hoping to get. I do love the contrast with the black when folded and it is quite comfortable, soft and easy to wash (if you have a big enough washer). If you have pets, that comforter for some reason is a hair magnet!

Blankets on blanket off - comforter on comforter off - fans on fans off - for 10 years have been suffering from hot flashes and night sweats - ugggg!!! Finally it seems though this comforter is perfect!! It feels soft and luxurious. I purchased a king size and it actually fits on my bed with edges hanging over appropriately. It's been on the bed for a month now and so far no issues. It arrived extremely fast - I put it in dryer on 'air fluff' as was packaged tightly. Really happy with this purchase!

This blanket was beautiful, thick and so cozy when I bought it. Until I put it in the wash. This once favoured blanket exploded in my washing machine. The down alternative stuffing was jammed in every hole including tangled around the moving parts of the pump. After a day and a half my washing machine now works again. Only buy this blanket if you never intend to wash it. So mad I cried.
