Q: Am 5,1 and am going to use this hoodie for a cosplay that is a boy so if I get a small and wash it’s will it still be baggy or do I need a medium

I have about 30 of these hoodies. They don’t shrink unless you wash them several times in super hot water. Then maybe. I would get an xsmall or small. Depends on weight also.

Q: On my screen, the "Kelly green" looks turquoise. How would you describe it?

It is straight Kelly Green/Irish Green. It's NOT turquoise - don't believe the reviews that say the color looks like the picture. I made that mistake, and it's going back!

Yes it is because I'm about the same size as u and a large is too short so go with the XL

Q: I'm 6'5" tall and I'm pretty lanky. What size should i order so it isnt too baggie?

I would look for an extra tall instead of a XXL if you are less than 250lbs I just like mine a little baggy. But I wear a leather XLT when I ride my bike and that seems to be enough for me I am 5'11" @ 230.
