Can't Complain
The media could not be loaded. Works as advertised so I am not disappointed. It works great as a Nordic strap even on my cheap bench though I mainly bought it for tibialis raises and hip flexor raises. It works great for these too because I can quickly switch between feet. The only downside is the instructions that come with the product are confusing so just watch the Nordic strap YouTube videos before setting it up.

very useful to have for a home gym or any workout
well made, this is a great addition to a home gym or your bag for workout at a main gym. Nice solid to use on a bench for nordics (hence the name) or some extra support if you want to secure a dumbell or weight to your ankle for some other exercises.

Works as advertised
Besides the fact that Amazon put it in a bag and smashed the box, the item was fairly easy to set up. I did watch a video to see how to use because no instructions were provided

Good Nordic curl device
Can be used with any bench as long as it's padded for your knees. If you are in an outdoor workout park with no padded bench bring a gardening pad for your knees. You won't be able to use this without knee padding.

Nordic Strap
Good addition to a home gym. Made from quality materials so should last. Looking forward to developing the hamstrings with this. New at using this so not able to get the full range yet but the instructional videos provide great guidance for beginners. Great product so far.Cheers!
