when I open the jar the salts were so hard that I could get them out. I tried using a knife to break things up didn't work. don't waste your money on this product, you can't use it. sad but true.

This scent is awesome. It doesn’t last super long though. Doesn’t mess with the chemical balance at all. It’s a little bit expensive considering you only really get about 6-8 uses out of it and the scent only lasts for a couple of hours. This is the second purchase I’ve made though 🤷‍♀️.

The amount needed to actually smell it, the bottle would only last three uses. That’s $5 per hottub evening. Nah! I’ll pass!Won’t be buying again.

Makes my hot tub smell great and my skin feel soft. I wish the price had not gone up so much.

smell/fragrance lasts a few minutes, others i have used did much better

I love this scent... just wish it would last a bit longer. But then again, most crystal I have tried didn’t retain the scent for very long

The first time I used this, I was standing in my hot tub. Steam from the water got into the bottle and turned the contents into a large semi-solid mass. I can break the crystals off with a spoon and still use them fine but it's a pain. I agree it was dumb for me to stand in the tub while using crystals but next time I'm going to stay with a fluid instead.

Good price and smells great
